Venture Capital:
Amit Perry leads the VC team based on his vast experience in managing the financial aspects of VCs – starting from the preliminary set-up of a fund, planning the organizational structure and investment model, work processes, and up to ongoing work with the fund’s investors, fund administration, portfolio companies, banks, lawyers and other partners.
Financial management and CFO services:
- Ongoing controllership roles.
- Preparation of the periodic FS and tax returns. Close work with the Fund’s auditors.
- Supporting the achievement of and ongoing compliance with the Fund’s tax rulings from ITA (general ruling, VAT, CI).
- Periodic supervision of the Fund’s insurance policies and risk management.
- Provision of financial and tax information the Fund needs to provide its LPs and its portfolio companies from time to time, for example: PFIC/CFC analysis, K-1s, tax forms to GPs, etc.
Bookkeeping and payroll processing:
- Fully digital recording and documentation of all business financial transactions in a multicurrency environment.
- Payroll accountancy –, including pay slip processing, reporting to pension funds and insurance companies, employees’ rights, etc.
- Preparing and initiating payments on behalf of the Fund, to State authorities, financial institutions, service providers, employees etc.
Fund setup, administration, and compliance services:
- Support financial administration for investors on-boarding processes including KYC/AML checks and FATCA/CRS registration.
- Setup and maintenance of an investors’ portal for official reporting and communication.
- Generation and coordination of capital call notices and distribution notices.
- Preparation of timely capital account statements to LPs.
- Management fee calculation, including preferred return and carried interest.
