About

Perryllion provides end-to-end financial solutions for start-ups and key players in the Israeli high-tech industry.
Perryllion aims to serve as its clients’ right hand and to be responsible for all financial aspects of the business. Our mission is to comprehensively manage and operate all the financial activities in the most precise way, and to work closely and support the companies in the complex and challenging journey towards growth, expansion into new markets, fundraising, and equity transactions.

We provide our clients with complete and tailored financial management services – from essentials as bookkeeping and payroll, to financial reports such as P&L and BvA, building business models, to strategic financial management and expert consultation. In addition, there is a special team dedicated to M&A transactions and shareholders’ representative services.

Perryllion’s professional team lives and breathes the Israeli tech industry, with vast experience working with start-ups and their founders, including international entities (mainly US & UK), venture capital funds and investors. Our team knows the fast and dynamic pace needed to succeed in the tech world and will be more than happy to guide you through it.

Since Perryllion’s establishment in 2011, we have been office-less and adopted a unique working approach – both from our homes and our clients’ offices. The interaction with our clients, at their offices, allows us to gain an in-depth understanding of the core business via closer personal interactions, and ultimately enables us to provide a more significant and valuable contribution to their growth and development.
