Perryllion’s CFOs constantly monitor the start-up’s financial status and have the ability to assess and prepare for both planned and unexpected peaks that require additional resources of time, attention and money.
- Senior account management for the client for all purposes.
- Supervision of Perryllion’s team members cooperation and collaboration with all client’s internal units and external service providers (such as lawyers, auditors, banks, trustees, etc).
- Review and building of business models budgets, business scenarios and plans.
- Support financing rounds and fundraisings.
- Preparation and support of due diligence processes.
- Tax consultancy – local & international.
- Support the legal and contractual aspects of the business.
- Closely monitoring the development of the company’s equity.
- Participate in management meetings and presentations to the board and investors.
