Founder and CEO

Amit is an accomplished CFO with vast experience in the high-tech industry.
As a CFO, he played a key role in 5 successful exits – Genmedix (Merck-Serono, 2008), PicScout (Getty Images, 2011), Face.com (Facebook, 2012), PureSec (Palo Alto Networks, 2019) and Zebra Medical Vision (Nanox, 2021).
In recent years, he has held various key positions (board member, shareholders’
representative, advisor, and mentor) in many leading start-ups, investment platforms and global corporates.
He was also the CFO of Entrée Capital in Israel between the years 2012-2021.
Amit holds a B.A. from Tel Aviv University in accounting and economics
and is an alumnus of the Israeli branches of both PwC and EY.
